At Achilles Heel, we stand behind our gear; if your performance equipment doesn't help you reach your peak, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels remain attached to the equipment.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
